FondaTech’s “Carbon Seeker” project won Second Prize in the National Finals and First Prize in the Thematic Competition of the 3rd Green Cup Innovation Contest. Jointly developed with Hangzhou Mobile and Huayun Technology, it focuses on AIoT-enabled low-carbon lighting, standing out among 4,000 entries and showcasing the company’s leadership in smart lighting and urban sustainability.

Energy-Saving Lighting to Low-Carbon Governance━
The dual-carbon goals are transforming urban management. Street lighting is evolving from basic illumination to intelligent and low-carbon systems, becoming vital to green city transformation. In collaboration with Upstream and downstream entities, the company launched the “Carbon Seeker” initiative—an AIoT-based smart lighting ecosystem exploring new green governance models.
AIoT Platform Reshaping Smart Lighting
Built on the FondaCity AIoT platform, it adopts an “edge intelligence + central decision” structure for unified, intelligent lighting management. The system enables single-lamp control, adaptive dimming, leakage detection, and remote maintenance, saving up to 70% energy annually and reducing CO₂ emissions by over 3,000 tons.
Scalable Smart Lighting Model Proven Across Cities
The project has been deployed in multiple Chinese cities and expanded to Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Santiago, creating scalable low-carbon lighting models. These outcomes demonstrate that the “Carbon Seeker” project is not merely an energy-saving initiative, but a cross-regional, quickly deployable, integrated infrastructure and scenario-based operation model.
