Officials from Zhejiang Commerce Department, Xihu District Visit Fonda Tech

On December 2, Zhuang Jin, Director of the Department of Trade in Services of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, and Lu Jun, Deputy Mayor of Xihu District, visited FondaTech, accompanied by officials from the district government. The delegation toured the exhibition hall to learn about the AIoT platform, smart lighting products, and the company’s overseas business. The chairman and relevant team members joined the visit and discussions.

The delegation viewed key products such as smart light poles and lighting controllers, which are widely used in smart city projects at home and abroad. The company also introduced its AIoT platform for real-time monitoring, intelligent dimming, and energy management. The delegation recognized the company’s shift toward integrated hardware–software solutions as an important step for competitiveness in the digital economy.
 
In the meeting, Dr. Song,Chairman noted that overseas business now exceeds half of its operations, driven by a model that combines product exports with AIoT-based digital services such as remote maintenance and energy optimization. This approach, where hardware opens the market and services create added value, aligns with Zhejiang’s digital trade priorities. Director Zhuang affirmed that this model strengthens the company’s global competitiveness and serves as a strong example for local digital service trade development.
 
Director Zhuang highlighted recent service trade policies, noting that digital services are a key growth area for Zhejiang. He encouraged the company to strengthen its digital service capabilities, which align well with current policy priorities. He also stated that the department will continue offering policy and resource support to help the company expand overseas. Deputy Mayor Lu added that Xihu District will keep improving the business environment to support the company’s innovation and global development.
 

The delegation affirmed the company’s progress in smart city lighting. Director Zhuang noted that the industry is moving from single products to integrated solutions with ongoing services, and the company’s strategy aligns with global trends.The visit provided policy support for the company’s overseas expansion and digital service capabilities. FondaTech will continue its “products + services” approach to advance its smart lighting and AIoT solutions globally.
