From September 5 to 6, the company held its 14th anniversary team-building event themed "Stay Focused on Original Aspiration, Drive Forward Self-Motivated". It aimed to celebrate the company's 14 years of relentless efforts, strengthen corporate culture, and enhance employee cohesion."Stay Focused on Original Aspiration" means not forgetting the mission and ideals at the start of the business; "Drive Forward Self-Motivated" reflects the self-driven and courageously advancing spirit of FondaTech employees.

The team-building started with Frisbee carnival. Pre-game warm-up broke the ice; all divided into 4 teams. After coach's guidance, the game began with flying Frisbees and cheers. The winning team got awards; the game ended.

At night, all went to lakeside self-service barbecue. With lake views, colleagues worked together to grill, laughing; aroma mixed with breeze.

The chairman lit the bonfire, gave a speech to explain corporate culture & vision, urging employees to be self-driven. Later, all sang, danced and played around the bonfire with high enthusiasm.

On the morning of the 6th, we went to Mogan Mountain amusement park. Playing adventure tower, zipline and other projects, people overcame fears, helped each other and enhanced trust.

The team-building ended. Employees turn enthusiasm into motivation, adhering to the original aspiration and innovating bravely. The company will leverage AIoT advantages to launch smart city solutions and create greater value.
